Excellent experience having a basement egress window installed! We wanted an uncommon style (tilt and turn), and needed to work around having other lead pipe replacement work. They were super quick and responsive in providing numerous different estimates (Eduard), as we were coordinating other excavation and window well work by other parties. Flexible and responsive on installation timing, professional and friendly installer (George), quality window, and great looking results. Very happy with every interaction with Everest, and would not hesitate to recommend them. We'll be coming back to them for work needed for a front door.

Hired Everest after doing a lot of research online as they seem to know what they are doing. Leon provided impeccable service from start to finish. Hired Everest to add a new window. The installers seemed rushed, and installed the window crooked -- not crooked enough that it's immediately obvious, but enough that we noticed shortly after they left. When we complained, they said they'd come fix it, but never showed up. My spouse and I both tried getting the company to send someone, to no avail. We gave up since we needed to proceed with the rest of our renovation, so now we just have a slightly crooked window.

The installers wanted payment on the spot rather than sending an invoice later like most companies, which in retrospect is a bit suspicious... we didn't get a chance to properly inspect the work until after we'd already paid.

On the plus side, the window itself is nice. It would have been great if it was installed properly.
