I am extremely satisfied with the work Adam and his crew. They removed the old deck, posts and cleaned up the work area. The new deck installed was aligned with the house and kitchen window perfectly. They made sure I was extremely satisfied before they left.

We had an old raised deck with some rotting wood so I decided to get it all replaced with a new composite deck, glass railing and power awning. I got quotes from three different contractors, and went with Adam based on his Homestars reviews, plus he's a good, personable guy. The finished product looks great. Only issue we had was one of Adam's employees skipped out on work a bunch of times which delayed finishing the job, but Adam handled the situation quickly and his communication was always great, plus I'm an employer myself and can understand those challenges so overall I'm happy with how things ended up.

Looking at my deck today as the weather gets better I realized how beautiful and well done it is. This is a long awaited review that I should have wrote a year ago. The work done by Royal innovation was amazing and the team was very nice and genuine. We were very happy with the job.

Royal Innovation took down my old deck and built us a beautiful two tiered deck. The staff was extremely professional and the craftsmen who built the deck are truly carpenters. We wanted to replace my mom’s worn-out, 20-year-old deck and were looking for something low maintenance and well-built. I interviewed six recommended contractors and eventually chose Royal Innovation. Adam was professional and polite, and impressed us with his knowledge about the process and options. All his references spoke highly of him and we felt the quote was fair for Trex and an aluminum railing. We are very, very pleased with the results! The crew did great work, were clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the property, and worked quickly (no disappearing for days as with some contractors!). They built a solid structure and composite deck to stand against any calamities and the deck looks fantastic!
