I took my Kenmore canister vacuum to a local repair shop. They said the motors weren’t made anymore. There was nothing they could do.
I went on the Internet and found Superior Vacuums. I sent a picture of my vacuum motor and the answer came back that they had one they reconfigure to accept the connections to my Kenmore.
I ordered it. It arrived 4 days later. I called Superior for coaching to put it in. It took 5 minutes. I saved $800 (didn’t need to buy a new one!)
I was able to vacuum up the kitty hair tumbleweed taking over my house! Thanks “old man”!

Brought in a used dyson vacuum that had power head problems. Was told that they had a used hose that would fix the problem. Paid 170 and gave them our hose only to go home and find that the hose didn’t fix the power head problem. When I called were told that 90 days was to long to bring back parts. And was offered maybe a credit towards a new vacuum. I don’t want a new vacuum I want my money back!!

I'm selling my house and the buyer wanted the central vac to be operational. This is an old unit - more than 25 years old - and I wasn't terribly optimistic that anyone could make this old vac work well again. I called Michael at Superior Vacuums and he sent John to take a look at it. John snaked it out, replaced some poorly designed parts and not only got the thing operational again - it works GREAT!!! Fantastic, helpful, on time and reasonable rates - these guys are amazing. I am so pleased with their service!!

Superior Vacuum replaced our canister, repaired one outlet and gave us a kickplate in the kitchen. Everything is working
perfectly and I'm happy with it all. It was all done at a reasonable price and on quote. They are knowledgeable, and are very attentive. I would recommend them.

is very knowledgeable and professional. They were very efficient and did a clean job. All in all, I am very happy
with the job done. I really appreciated the follow-up call to check if everything was working or if I had any questions.

Through word of mouth, we went with Superior Vacuums for the purchase of our Nilfisk Central Vacuum system. We purchased the system at the home show last September and as promised they came out in December to install the vacuum system before Christmas once we had possession of our new home in Cochrane. Very professional and they are true to their word. Hanai even called in January to see if we had any questions or problems with the new system. We love the central vacuum system. Superior sells very good products.

Very impressed with the job that was done. Hani is an employee any business would love to have working for them. He knows what he is doing, very clean (even removes his shoes) and does not waste his or the customer's time.

Both Joe and I would highly recommend Superior Vacuums and Newbys for any work related to central vacuums.

Did not have to wait weeks to have my new central vac up and running. This was even over the Christmas holidays. Like I said, we are very impressed with the way your company is run.

It was a 3-year service call on our Nilfisk. They also repaired a couple outlets that were not working. They were fast and very thorough.

Very good people to deal with, very professional and personable. They found issues, consulted with me, and fixed them. They checked their work thoroughly and answered my questions.
