Its always scary hiring a moving company with all the horror stories out there. High Energy Transport was recommended to me by a friend. It was the best decision I made. The staff was helpful, kind and very accommodating. They showed up on time and absolutely no damage to my previous or new home. When running into a delay they quickly called for more assistance to get the job done on time and on budget. Most companies would have taken advantage of this delay and charge more fees. These guys are the real deal. I highly recommend them.

The many glowing reviews on HomeStars here are right on - these guys are totally deserving of every ounce of praise heaped upon them. Leo quoted, and then Leo, Lionel, and Carlos showed up right on time the day of the move. They packed everything very carefully, wrapping most items in blankets, and even saran wrapping some of the blankets for my more delicate furniture. They then ran up and down the stairs like aerobics instructors, taking great care all the while not to bump any walls. Should also mention they put down floor coverings for our hardwood and stairs at both the old and new place! I'm happy to say not a single piece of furniture was damaged in the move. High Energy Transport is a great name for this company - they're all incredibly helpful and high energy people who genuinely seem to care about doing the job right. The guys made the whole process stress free, and I am really grateful they made our moving process such a painless and positive experience. Thank you Leo, Lionel, and Carlos!

We received great service from Pierre and team from the initial inquiry for moving services. Even though our move was across the city on a workday, they were extremely positive about helping us out and very responsive. On the day of the move, Leo and Lionel were fantastic. They showed great care for our furniture and were very quick and efficient. You can tell they have a lot of experience with moves and are very professional and appreciative of the business. They answered every question before, during, and after the initial house visit. They packed my house from top to bottom with such accuracy and care. And move day was like nothing I’ve ever seen - quick, precise and collaborative (for them) and easy (for me).

The guys who did my move were amazing! They really are high energy! They were careful, unbelievably efficient, and friendly (even after hours of running up and down stairs carrying really heavy boxes). I could not recommend them more highly.

Leo and Pierre and his team were amazing. They came in and got everything organized as to what was being taken out first. They covered all the floors to protect them and covered all the furniture and moved it all safely to the new location. My first appointment was with Pierre (the owner) who came to my house for a quote. He was very thorough and gave me a lot of info.
The next day I received my guaranteed quote and was told that if the job was done early, we would receive a refund.
On the day of the move, Leo, Shawn and Lionel showed up and emptied the house with speed and efficiently.
Once in Hanover they moved us in, in no time at all.
They were responsible and respectful and as we were done early, we also received a refund of almost $400.00.
We highly recommend High Energy Transport and will use them again in the future.
