The price seems very high. But it’s very hard to get a comparison. Once the problem was diagnosed I had to pay half the full cost - so I was fully committed at this pint. One of the electric panels needed replacing.
However compared to a previous company I have used the appointment was super easy to make, I was scheduled for the next day and was able to speak directly with an assistant to make my appointments. Not so with the company that Samsung give out as their authorized dealer.
I was given a $20 discount if I filled out this page. The technician was standing right over me when I was filling it out - just so happened that I left a field blank so was able to continue writing this after he left. This means that all the stars are given under duress.
I have no complaints at all - everything was smooth, professional and timely - just the price seemed very high and giving a rating with the technician standing on top of me is highly problematic .
