Excellent!!! All contractors should be like Sasa. He did an amazing job on my swimming pool waterline tiles. He knew exactly which product to use on the walls of the pool, which grout and how to apply it, so it is salt resistant, freeze and thaw resistant. Will definitely call him again for my other projects.

I was looking for a place to rent and found online an apartment that was available. I met with Sasha and he told me that the apartment was being renovated. I honestly wasn't expecting to see such marvelous work done to both the kitchen, bathroom and the entire unit. When I moved in, I was blown away by the modern transformation to this unit. All my friends and family loves the high ceilings, pot lights and everything about it. I'm in love with my apartment so much and the joy it brings by just coming home to such a cozy space. I would recommend Sasha to anyone, he's very professional, polite and gets the job done. 5 stars all the way!

When we initially bought our condo it required a lot of work to be done in every room floor to ceiling. With our friends recommendation we hired Alpat Inc. to take care of the renovation. They replaced floors, painted walls, changed popcorn ceiling, changed baseboards, completely renovated kitchen by installing new cabinets, backslash, floor tile, granite counter tops and light fixtures. They also renovated bathroom with new tiles, new tub, toilet bowl and vanity. To our surprise they have completed reno in a shorter period of time than we expected. We are highly satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to others.

My apartment required complete demolition and renovation. The house is approximately 120 years old and the floors, partitions and existing layout required reworking. I hired Alpat.inc to demolish some partitions and construct new, install hardwood floors and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, I required a "foyer" created to separate the two apartment spaces which required the demolition of an existing closet space and re-framing to create a walk-through "foyer".
I was extremely pleased with the result. They took care of restoring the character pieces of the apartment (exposed brick, crown moulding etc.) while adding in new floors, kitchen and bathrooms. I would highly recommend Alpat.inc for your tiling, stone work and renovation needs. They really listen to your concerns and your design inspiration and execute with speed and excellent work.

It was time to upgrade my washroom. I called Sasha, he was responsive and polite. He came out the same day to provide me with the quote. Sasha has strong knowledge about his work, that made me confident with my decision. Sasha and his team always were on time, worked clean and professional, took the time to answer all my questions. My project went stress less and was finished on time. Me and my parents would like to say thank you so much, for all the great work that you did for us! Will definitely recommend to others.
