We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Gaelan and his crew. They were prompt, honest and professional - couldn't have asked for better service. Our property is clean and tidy and our trees look great!

Right from the first phone call the customer service was outstanding, Gaelan Returned my call, and showed up on time for the quote, not like the last 3 companys that never showed up or even called. The amazing crew took down 4 large trees which 2 were leaning into the neighbours yard with no problems and cleaned up everything. These guys are experts. No need to call anybody else. Gaelan and his crew were simply fantastic!! First of all, the customer service from this company was outstanding. From the very beginning, they treat their customers kindly and with respect. We needed an ash tree to be removed and a maple tree to be pruned. It was truly amazing watching these guys do their job. They left the back and front yards so clean that you couldn't even tell they were there. Highly recommend Skylark to all!!

Gaelen was professional from start to finish. He provided a detailed written estimate and consulted extensively with us and our affected neighbours before removing a mature walnut tree with a trunk greater than 3 feet in diameter. There was no clear access to remove the cut limbs of the tree from our yard and it was surrounded by extensive landscaping and garden structures. The delicate job required precision and highly skilled work by a professional climber. We requested that as much of the valuable wood be preserved as possible to defray the cost of removal.

Gaelen and his team were the only arborists who instilled confidence in us and were more than wiling to meet the challenge. He set a date for the work and accomplished the very difficult task in less than 4 days, including stump removal. Gaelen and his wife were excellent in communicating with us at all stages. It was necessary to go through our neighbour's back yard with the cut limbs. Gaelen requested and received permission from our neighbour for this and ensured that the everything was restored to everyone's satisfaction at the conclusion of the work.
