Dan did a excellent job! We had wind damage and we called him and his response time was so quick! He showed up the next day! Would recommend his business to everyone!

I am very happy to submit a completely positive review for Bart’s Rooftops. I’ve worked with many contractors on renovation projects, and this is one of the only times where the contractor encouraged me to NOT spend money. I was experiencing two separate problems with two roofs, including a leak, and Dan took the time to thoroughly analyze the issues. I was willing to spend some money, but Dan provided me with some other options to consider, and encouraged me to save my money. Dan was thoughtful and comprehensive with his assessment, and he took time to explain the various considerations to me. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty, which is why I am submitting this review.

Bart’s Rooftops have to be one of the best contractors I’ve ever dealt with. Dan is very professional and conscientious with the quality of work and service he provides to his customers. He replaced 2 roofs at my cottage in the fall of 2019. With the harsh and heavy snow winters we have up there, it was important to me to have a product and craftsmanship that would endure and perform to the highest level. So far, so good. I would highly recommend Bart’s for your roofing needs hands down!

My roof started to leak and needed to be replaced as the shingles were near the end of their life. Barts Rooftops got the job done quickly and it hasn’t leaked since. The quality of the work was excellent and my property was spotless when they left. Highly recommended.

Daniel is great to work with - we used him for a suspected roof leak and he was able to diagnose the issue and apply a fix, even in the cold. He was trustworthy and reliable. I will use him again.

Bartsrooftops had been used by my neighbour late in the Summer of 2019. We were experiencing a leakage in our family room, when there was lengthy rains with winds prevailing from the East/North-east. I called on a Saturday and got Dan (the owner) and he said that he was super-busy and would come that day or early the next week. Dan did not come that Saturday, but the following Tuesday -true to his word - he called me and came over late that morning. After looking at the3 leaks inside the house, he went up into our 2 car garage and took a look. Unfortunately, he could see signs of the leaking. He suggested that the easiest and cheapest approach would be to caulk the flashing along the outside wall that was most likely the source of the leakage. I agreed. he did the caulking and asked him to inspect the rest of the roof, which he did. He sent me a bill by e-mail that same day, which I gladly pay.

With some luck (fingers are crossed), we may be able to get another 8 years or so out of our roof. I told Dan, that should we need a new roofing, we would definitely call him to get his quote. He proved to me his reliability and my neighbour was also very content with his service. Nice to see - can't happen often enough.

The work was completed on time and done to a very high standard.
The crew was highly professional and quiet in the performance of their duties and at all times while on my property.
Upon completion of the roof replacement the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up around the property.
We didn't have to pick up anything after they finished.
It was a totally pleasant experience for my wife and I, which was a nice surprise not knowing what to expect from roofers.
