Did a below average job installing our glass backsplash in the kitchen and had a bad attitude when we pointed out problems. He didn't apply the grout cleanly with many gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The edges were jagged in many places. He didn't leave room for us to screw in our outlet cover and although he came back to try and fix it, he ended up cracking the tiles around the outlets and gave up on fixing the problem and left. We ended up having to chip away at the tiles until we could access the cover holes again.
He clearly doesn't care for his customers and is not pleasant to be around. He wants to rush the work and move on to his next job. I would stay away from Jamie and pick an installer who cares what customers think. Don't let the low price or his professional website tempt you to book him unless you want a poor job done on the cheap.
