Trip and his team did a good job and basement turned into a beautiful living space for the family. It is right on budget and pricing was reasonable. The part I like is it is a one-stop for all, Trip offered all-in-one package (no sub-contracting except carpeting), and he worked with us to solve all issues and revisions we had during the process.

The project finished with a 2-months delay and I would suggest Trip to communicate project progress frequently and keep the client in loop with any potential "surprises".

All in all we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Landco.

I needed a gate with high esthetic appeal to keep my puppy from roaming throughout the house. Trip and his team delivered. My puppy and I both love this gate, and my shoes love that it was put up efficiently!

The crew easily handled a large landscaping project for myself and 5 adjacent neighbours. The results were exactly as expected and with county approval. In short, they did a great job and would hire them again for any projects, as well as recommend to friends.

I called earlier that day about a leaky toilet. Trip came after hours that night and installed a new one. It's high end and works great and only took him 30 min I was very impressed with how quick and and clean the whole process was.

Trip and his staff at Landco did a fabulous job. Our deck was worn and damaged in places and was in sore need of being fixed. Trip and his team redecked our deck at a very reasonable price and the end result was very impressive. We also had Trip and his team complete some landscaping and remove some overgrown areas with trees and weeds. This was all done in an orderly manner with great customer service. Trip and his team also fixed our gate latch and completed a concrete patch job for the garage floor. Pretty much any job you're looking for assistance with, this company can help. Great work and great value. Stayed very true to budget and estimates and constantly on the lookout to help us save more during by finding deals on materials etc. Trip was very knowledgeable and provided solid input on many areas of the reno that I needed his advice on.
