I contacted Golden Hands after they were recommended to me. I needed my downtown condo thoroughly cleaned after my tenant had vacated, and I completed a reno replacing the floors.

The place looked like a construction sight with thick dirt and grim from the reno on all surfaces. Alla and her team came through on short notice putting in a whopping 10 hours of thorough deep cleaning transforming the place from a job sight to a sparkling, fresh smelling welcoming home that not only my new tenant will be happy to walk in to, but one that's I'd gladly live in again.

Every week Melanie makes our home sparkle - no easy feat in a household with a toddler whose hobbies include to distributing Cheerios everywhere. The service from Golden Hands is always prompt, professional and thoughtful. Melanie works around our toddlers schedule so everything gets cleaned and he still gets his naps in and Alla touches base often to check in on how things are going. I would highly recommend Golden Hands impeccable service!

We recently bought our first house, and took possession in "as-is" condition. Alla did a deep clean of a basement apartment after a tenant move out. The entire job took about 5 hours and the result was very good. In particular, the bathroom probably looks the cleanest it ever has since I've owned the property! Communication was great with Alla and everything was done as scheduled, on time, and the estimate for total amount of time spent was accurate. I would recommend.

Alla, owner of the company, is very responsive, friendly and diligent. When other cleaning companies were unwilling to drop by for a free quote, Alla did so. She has always responded to my emails within a day, and is someone easy to get along with. I thank Alla and her employee for their hard work.

Lots of cleaning services to choose from in Toronto. This is the first time I've ever used one. After some research and process of elimination I contacted Alla at Golden Hands. I'm happy that I did. Communication is a big thing for me and Alla was great when it came to getting back to me and keeping me updated. I had a big, "super-duper" cleaning done of the house--top to bottom.
