Amazing Company. From the first meeting with Eugene to the men that worked on the driveway..(Konstantin, Ruslan, Alfredo, Jesus) everything was done to perfection. They take pride in there work and it shows. Many people have commented on the design and there workmanship. We will be using them in future for additional projects. I highly recommend the company.

This is an overdue review for John and his company. We had them renovate both our backyard and front of the house in late summer 2018.
John was very accommodating and had very good ideas which he totally delivered on. The front asphalt driveway and front entrance way and steps were replaced with Rialto Villanova pavers and dark grey granite steps and granite pavers for the front door area and darker pavers for borders as contrast. The back was replaced with the same color Rialto 50 pavers. New lawn was then laid at the front and back and they coordinated working with our sprinkler company to install a new sprinkler system.
They were incredibly efficient, professional, punctual, and communication was excellent. They had an excellent crew and all the big equipment to get it done. They removed trees we requested which we replaced with our regular landscaper after.
The final product was amazing and they really levelled out everything well, and delivered in all respects.
What has been most impressive is their after sales. They provided a 5 year warranty on their work and we had them out for minor repairs of some of the pavers moving or mortar needing replacement in both 2020 and just recently now in 2022 following the movement from settling and extreme weather changes. John respond quickly both times and we were on their warranty repairs list soon after, and on both occasions had knowledgeable and experienced workers come out within a week. There was no haggling, questions and completed the repairs to satisfaction in as long as it took to repair and went above and beyond at absolutely n/c. The repair workers left their direct number in case we needed to get hold of them for any reason after again.
It is extremely rare to get this level of service and truly follow up on a warranty provided, even more so post Covid when it seems that service often comes at high price and then too busy to really do good work or bother to follow up. This was not the case with AHS.
We couldnt be happier that we chose John and AHS.

Eugene provided a very thorough estimate, answered all our questions and was very pleasant to work with. The crew that came in was very professional, polite , and on time. We are very happy with our deck and gazebo that we now get to enjoy . Highly recommend Action Home Services!!

We needed sod laid, river rocks spread around our patio as well as walking tiles leading from our gate to the patio. They were meticulous and accommodating to our requests. Eugene and his team were also able to begin the 2 day project before the anticipated start date which allowed us to enjoy our yard earlier in the season. Very satisfied with their work. Thank you.

We hired AHS Team to do multiple things for our house. They replaced porch posts, build new steps, put interlock on porch and walkways plus, replaced grass and made small concrete garage pad. They did an amazing work and we are really happy with the results. Everything was easy and straight forward.

This spring we had AHS make some major changes to our backyard. They started by excavating, to flatten out a large portion of the yard (which was previously sloped), then built new armor stone retaining walls, put down sod in the new flat section, added a paved walkway from our deck stairs to our shared drive, and added skirting to our back deck. We're very happy with the results, and they were a pleasure to work with.

The team at AHS was very organized and professional, finished on time and on budget. We are very happy with how the project ran and the result. Highly recommend!
