The team from AHS did an excellent job updating our front yard. We bought an older house, and after inside renovations, now it was time to start renewing the outside of the house. We had an old interlock and front porch, so we asked the AHS to give us options on what could be done for different budgets. Our initial point of contact was Dmytro with whom we had multiple back-and-forth regroups and brainstorming sessions, and we were very pleased with his diligence, quick response, and responsibility. We felt that the company cared about our project and wanted to provide a solution that would suit our needs. Overall we were very happy with the experience and will hire the company again for the backyard work.

We had a large, complicated job of installing a swim spa into a hill, as well as installing pavers for our back patio, which also had a significant slope, and a hot tub on top of that. AHS gave us a reasonable price compared to other quotes we received, and was able to start fairly soon and work quite quickly. A major benefit of working with such a large company is that they have their own Bobcats, excavators, dumpsters, dump trucks, etc., so everything needed for the job site appeared and was taken away as soon as necessary, so the job went fast. AHS went above and beyond in terms of structural foundations, grading, and drainage. The retaining walls and concrete pad for the swim spa are probably more structurally sound than our 120-year-old house. Further, every person who came to our property was extremely nice and respectful, and the backyard, driveway, and street (where materials and vehicles were staged) were cleaned up every evening. Our neighbours even commented on how pleasant and professional the construction process was.

We had a minor miscommunication along the way regarding acceptable slope of the patio, but rather than gaslighting us or patronizing a couple of women homeowners into just accepting something we were not thrilled about, AHS's project managers were consummate professionals and worked diligently to redo grading to make us happy. Every contractor is great when things are going great, but inevitably something unexpected will happen with a large job, and how a company handles a difficult situation is truly the measure of their worth.

We are so happy with the work AHS did, we have in fact asked them for a quote to redo our driveway next.

I contracted with this company for a new fence, replacement of the plants and a rotting deck in my backyard. The fence and deck were replaced with composite wood products. The company was very professional in all aspects of my interactions with them from providing a detailed and thorough quote and contract, excellent workmanship and prompt and consistent follow-up in instances where I noted a problem. The only downside was the length of time it took for the work to begin after I signed the contract (between 2-3 months), but that may have been affected by Covid related delays that were common during that period. Also, the project was quite expensive in large part due to my selection of composite wood material. I really appreciated that they were reliable and never left me hanging.

I once visited a friend in Toronto and was really amazed at how beautifully created her cabana and the fence on her front and backyard. It was so neatly done aand made the place looks more inviting so long story short, I got Renat and the his crew to work on my fountain and landscaping around it and I have never been more satisfied!
