Plumbers were very professional and did the job quite nicely, showed the skills of licensed plumber, it was done nice and clean and on time, reach-ability and communication is the key, i found it very convenient to deal with 4 Seasons plumbing team.

Dominic arrived and he assessed the situation the previous plumber has really messed up. He quickly gave us the standard in the industry about which pipes needed to be used for my sinks. He also tightened pipes and glued the properly. This is not the first time he has come to my home. This the fourth time and his work is accurate and lasting.

Dominic was prompt, arriving on time, and resolved the situation with professional courtesy and efficiency. After needing to replace all the drain pipes under the sink (they were damaged during a hard plunging), he found there was still a problem. So, he took apart the remain sections to discover a couple of cracks in the attachments and gasket warps. Replacing and reassembling solved the problem, but there was still a blockage in the pipes. He cleared it by snaking the pipes and all was resolved. I will hire Dominic again.

basement toilet was not flushing and waste water was backing up from the floor drain. at this time there was no issue with waste water from the 1st floor or 2nd floor backing up. 4 seasons arrived late in the evening, assessed the situation as a clog in main drain between the upstairs and basement stacks and gave me a price of $400.00 to clear it. it seemed excessive but the floor was already flooded with waste and very unsanitary so i agreed. the tech brought in the big power rooter and proceeded to "snake" from the floor drain opening. after using about 30 ft. of cable he determined that the clog was opened and to demonstrate he asked me to flush the basement toilet which would prove his point and indeed it did work. accepting his professional word, i was satisfied and paid the bill using my mastercard. just a few days later when i'd hired someone to clean and sanitize the basement we discovered the area was once again flooded. but no one had used the basement since that work had been done, it could only mean the waste water that was now backing up was from the upstairs drains. this was later verified as eventually when the flooding subsided we let the water run in the kitchen sink, only to have it flow out the basement floor drain. it seems that rather than clear the blockage completely they had simply pushed it further down the main drain so that now all the upstairs was affected as well. the flushing of the toilet as a "test" was only the waste filling up the space temporarily created. repeated calls to fix the problem were ignored and my messages went unanswered. with my brother's help, we rented a power rooter and accomplished the task ourselves.
4 seasons plumbing is incompetent, unreliable and expensive.
