Al provided me a competitive quote, was very responsive, and his team did an amazing job taking their time to clean my windows thoroughly both the exterior and interior of our home to get it ready for sale. I would definitely hire them again for my new home. Great price and great quality!

Extremely professional service, on time, very very detailed
I saw the worker doing some extra work on one window on the deck,.
I asked him why he was going over that one again, he said I must have had a BBQ under the window because there was certain residue the BBQ left on the glass.
I had move the BBQ 2 week before .
Very Impressed.

This is our second year using Phat. Once again they did an excellent job, arriving on time, very professional, and I liked that Al went through the whole house at the end of the job to make sure that all the windows were clean, and everything was put away again. We have already recommended them to our neighbour!

Alex and Quincy arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very careful not to cause any damage to our stucco and did a fantastic job of cleaning the windows. All hand washed and dried to perfection. All sills were cleaned and everything looked great. We will get them again next spring and also have them clean the eavestroughs. Highly recommend this company.....
