Thank you for servicing my outdoor lights. As usual 5 star service . It is a pleasure to deal with organization / people that know what they are doing and how to care for customers.

What an absolutely atrocious company and people to deal with, especially if you are a visible minority (got referred to by Pamela as "you people"). Currently have an outstanding matter with this firm to deal with ,which as usual, they are not responding to for weeks. Just radio silence.. Will update once they respond... avoid at all cost, especially if you are a visible minority...

We are delighted with the work done by Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. We had several quotes for our lighting project and OLP came back with the most detailed quote at a reasonable cost. Pamela was wonderful to work with. She provided a quote with helpful architectural drawings, including details of the fixture placements and pictures of the proposed lights. Tom and assistant Nicky were easy to work with. We were very impressed with the quality of service. We had a couple of revisions to the original lighting plan and the crew was promptly back to adjust. We greatly appreciated Pamela's ideas. OLP was the only company that recommended repurposing of our existing outdoor lights which look terrific in their new home. We are pleased to recommend Pamela and her crew.

As a customer we were able to stick to our budget and we got our estimate in a timely manner and followed up with a phone call. It was easy to book a date for the installation and I felt I had a good understanding of the project and what would unfold. The staff that showed up to do the install were professional and respectful. They did a great job and I could not be more pleased! Pamela designed a beautiful light display in our backyard which was designed and installed within 2 weeks as requested. She even brought some fixtures for me to try out before the installation. Peter and Tom were most professional with the installation and there is almost no evidence of wires anywhere! They also came back to tweak one or two lights and now we have a fairy tale back yard. Highly recommended.

It is rare to find a company that is focused both on product quality and customer service. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives does just that and does it very well. This company has outstanding service. They respond immediately to calls and show up always with a pleasant attitude. Recently I had a problem with my lights, gave the company a call as we have a 30 year warranty, they fixed the problem the same day with no complaints. Highly recommend them for professional Landscape lightning.
