Nathan and the guys from VIP Paving did an amazing job. All the work was completed within a week and everything was scheduled to perfection. They were respectful of the neighbours property and did a 30min cleanup routine before leaving the site each day.

We used VIP Paving for interlocking on both sides of our house (approximately 550sf), stepping stones with white gravel (approximately 250sf), flower bed, replaced existing sod, add cold asphalt/seal driveway and replace pavers in front of our stairs with interlocking.

The work itself was very well done and they took their time to make sure it was done correctly. They had between 3-4 workers on site each day. When they noticed mistakes in their work or were not satisfied with how it looked then they would start over again to make sure it was done properly.

Overall, I would highly recommend them.

We contacted VIP Paving in June to have our driveway excavated and repaved. Nathan was very informative and explained the whole process in detail and the steps they would take to complete the job. Our old driveway was removed in late June and the foundation base of aggregate was laid and plenty of time was given for it to settle. I know that getting a really good foundation is critical to longevity of a driveway is critical. We expected the driveway foundation would settle significantly over the next 10 or so weeks as we drove on it (as it had with previous contractors). It hardly settled at all which is a testament to the crew doing the work and materials used for the foundation. The asphalt was laid in mid-September and they did an amazing job. The high commercial grade used should give us many years of enjoyment.

We had interlocking stones laid on our walkway, porch area and between our house and the neighbour’s. Again, we were impressed by the detail that went into the foundation work.

When it came to the actual laying of the stones at the front of the house, the foreman, Costa, was so fastidious in getting everything right. The workmanship and attention to the smallest details confirmed to us that we had hired the right company. We have no doubt that it will last for many years and never tire of the many compliments we are receiving from our neighbours.

Vip Paving were amazing from beginning to end. Nathan got back to me very quickly about a quote for my driveway and when he came he was very informative and honest about the work that needed to be done and the process and materials involved. The excavation process was done very professionally and there was no mess left behind. The driveway was graded and easy to drive on. They came back to pave in a reasonable amount of time and made sure that it looked perfect before they left. I would recommend using this company for all of your paving needs!

Extremely happy with our new driveway, front lawn and side brick pathway. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to deal with and the workmanship and material is top notch.

Be aware of your local bylaws as we ended up having to rework our design after a bylaw officer rolled by to halt progress. It is your responsibility to get the appropriate permits for paving and building. Many people have come by to compliment the work and our home feels brand new.
