Hello, I just want to express my satisfaction with Window Mart's products and mostly customer service. I really appreciate the salesperson who helped us, named Andrei, to get what we desire for our new windows in the most reasonable amount. We got very good and honest information/tips from him that benefited us. I have an impression this company doesn't just care about just the money they will get from me but takes care of their client very well first before anything else. I will definetely come back to these guys if I will need again. Thanks to Andrei and the rest of the crew who installed our windows.

Knowledgeable and thorough, altogether very pleased with the process

Ivan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation and ensured that I understood why Window Mart's products were superior to their competitors and I was pleasantly surprised that their price was very competitive. Great experience upgrading main floor windows and sliding doors

Installers Sergey and Alex were very punctual, knew what they were doing. Everything was delivered as described by Ivan when he came to show me Window Mart's product and give a quote. Windows and two sliding patio doors were installed in the summer and while the original ones had ice building up as soon as temperatures were dropping to -10 -15, the new triple pane ones had none of that even when it was -30 lately. They look great too. Would definitely recommend Ivan and Window Mart to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

Great energy savings

Calgary

We like our new windows so much that our house feels like new. Energy efficiency is very noticeable - we have saved about $300 on our bills since they were installed in July.

Ivan did a great job educating us on the technical and functional details of the windows, supporting his explanations with samples.

Sergey and Alex showed good experience installing the windows, worked fast but without cutting corners, and cleaned well when they were done.

Me and my family are happy we chose Window Mart over other companies we were considering.

Entry door with custom sidelite and a balcony sliding door.

Ivan was very experienced, answered my questions, gave me several options, followed through with phone calls several times, and helped me make several changes in the process as I changed my mind, and made sure everything was done to my specifications and completed before Christmas.

Artem did the installation very efficiently and was very polite and neat - all in all very satisfactory.

I am very pleased with Window Mart and would recommend the company to other people.

Courteous, respectable people, great quality, very happy

Moving & Storage review in Rockyford

Everyone was very courteous and respectable, very helpful with different ideas. Sergey and his partner had the windows fit perfectly and they cleaned up excellently. Ivan the salesperson was very professional, comes back and checks on his work, very faithful. I live just outside of Rockyford Alberta and have recommended Window Mart to my three sisters and their families who all live within a half hour drive. All of them have already had their windows installed and are as happy as I am. Great experience. More windows and doors will need to be replaced and I plan to call Ivan very soon to order them.
