Chic Design Build did an amazing job on our full home renovation and half of the  second floor addition project. The whole time we only communicated and talked to Moe and Ramin about everything & they provided input when needed, and still adhered to our rather detailed vision. From Start to finish  all the work proceeded steadily and without any delay. All their crews  were super  neat and quick and quality work was precise. This wasn't an easy project as many contractors that we contacted, they didn't have enough experience or knowledge about addition and we only felt comfortable with CD+B and these guys did so many home addition jobs and they gave us many references to talk to. We asked their previous clintes many questions and one of their recent clients invited us to see their house as they were so happy with the CD+B company.  We loved all their design and finishes and decided to hire them for our project. During the project  Work areas were kept neat and clean all the time and all the new flooring was  well protected throughout construction. Cost was very reasonable as there weren't any extras or surprises at all and we added some additional work too and asked them to finish the basement for us as well.  We highly recommend them to everyone and gladly asked them to use us as references for future clients.

The tiles were cut really well by a machine, and they look smooth without any rough edges, even though they're shiny. They put the tiles together so neatly that the lines match up perfectly with the floor. The people who did it picked out the right color for the grout so it blends in perfectly with the tiles. In the shower, they made it slant toward the drain, so water doesn't stay on the floor. Everything looks really good and well-done.

After negotiating and talking to several contractor and construction team we decided to work with Chicasa and I can assure you it was one of our best decisions we made so far in our life. They are super professional and friendly and honored us what they promised with some additional complementary services. Our bathroom renovation was done perfectly and it looks super clean and spotless. They finished the job earlier than they promised and they gave us a top notch service. They went over their plan and the materials needed and explained whats going to happen step by step. We will work with them again for sure.

The entire process was easy. Found Chicasa Designon Monday and had an appointment first thing on Wednesday. The entire Mo came in an replaced 4 toilets in ~1.5 hours. Once they were done, it's like they were never there - completely clean. Super fast. Would recommend.
