We hired Larcon based on recommendations from friends who had used them for their own projects. As soon as I spoke to Holden and met with him, he was very clear, friendly and professional in providing the scope of work/timelines/pricing. Holden and the team at Larcon are as good as it gets in this business and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations. The guys are all great, well spoken and a pleasure to have around. They completed everything, kept the worksite clean, and worked with us to get the final end product we were looking for. Removal of 3 walls and installation 2 steel beams and 1 LVL beam. Work was completed within the timelines originally provided.

I had Holden and his team come in to replace a 13 foot load bearing wall separating the kitchen and dining room with a flush mount beam in our 100 year+ old house. As a result of the engineering requirements, a partial beam replacement in the basement, and 3 new support posts (2 on main floor, 1 in basement) were also installed.

From day one, it was obvious that they are real professionals that take pride in what they do, and have it down to a science. The precision and speed at which they work is nothing short of impressive. The job was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. Tried to find someone to help correct & change structural issue in basement. Met with several people who were discouraging and rude. I decided to contact Larcon whom I met at a home show earlier this year. The whole experience from the negotiation to the job being done was professional, positive and timely. The team arrived on time every day and they did their job with little supervision. I met with them in the morning we discussed the job done & what was going to be done that day. I really appreciate their workmanship and would recommend them to anyone.

Holden and the team were exceptional from day one. True professionals in every way. We had a few complications actually caused by my own structural engineer, and they work through this patiently with me. They recognized the need to cause the least disruption to other home elements such as HVAC. They team was patient and answered all my questions to make sure I understood the process and even the options how I could complete the remainder of the renovation. Fully recommend. Could find a better and nicer set of guys who really know their craft. Highly recommend.
