Pave Way

The work looks very nice. We are happy with the results. The guys who worked on the project are quite professional! Finally, our driveway becomes one of the best on the street. 154

First and foremost, it is unlikely that all the 'positive' reviews are authentic.

Workers were unprofessional and unpleasant to interact with and the group that did the drive way looked like a band of misfits.

The boss was insincere and sly, delivering what was discussed with minimum regard for the quality of the work done, which resulted in an uneven driveway. I don't even think they know how to properly pave a driveway.

It was sloppy and careless work in the end, in and then out. The boss cares more about making a quick buck than your customer satisfaction (as a lot of contractors do, unfortunately and understandably).

I am not happy and if I could redo the driveway all again, I would definitely not go with them.

We needed a wider drive way to accommodate 2 cars, the team at Pave way where very polite and professional on the phone, where able to come round same day for an estimate and work started within a week. Very precise lines, and the new tar coat looks excellent, where previously the city had done a horrible patch job

Prompt response for an estimate, driveway dug up the next week, work area left very clean. Paving was well coordinated with my schedule. And again the work area was left very clean. The guys all very friendly while I watched. I proudly displayed their sign on my lawn during and after the work was completed.

We were extremely happy with our experience hiring Pave-Way to remove and replace our existing driveway and rear parking area. From the start, Will was very professional and gave us a fair price. After reviewing two other quotes, we decided to go with Pave-Way and are very happy with our decision. The crew worked well to excavate, regrade and repave the driveway. It was done very efficiently with minimal disruption. The new driveway is great! We are very satisfied with the work that Pave-Way completed on our property and would recommend them to anyone. I have been contacting their service rep Frank every week for the past 2 months, to repair the recently completed driveway done by Pave Way Asphalt. Initially he seemed sincere when telling me, what not to do before he gets there. Then later all I get are reasons why they cannot show up, like weather is too hot, it's rainy, they are too busy, they will be there this week but don't show up, etc. However this is not the case for the past 2 months. I tried contacting the manager/owner Allen a couple of times with no response. The issue is the quality of the work. The driveway leaves tire tracks even though I did not drive on it for 5 days after the job ( 1 day more than is recommended). The asphalt was too soft in some areas and did not harden. Poor quality. On top of this, they used the wrong type of asphalt, not the one I requested.

This company is having many issues that they cannot resolve them in a timely manner. I do not recommend them. They sounded friendly and genuine in the beginning, but if there is an issue, then their response is very opposite. I expected better service from a company who was not the cheapest. More costly does not equal better quality.

We used Pave-Way to replace our existing Asphalt Driveway and install and Interlocking Stone walkway. David and Lou were fantastic. They were very accessible and made sure we were happy with the results. The very clean as well. Thanks David and Lou. We would strongly recommend Pave-Way to anyone considering a new driveway and or interlocking stone.

The quote was reasonable, the work was done well and on time. It has now been over a month since the paving was completed snd the surface is shows no signs of degradation despite the excessively hot weather.
