My dryer went out over the weekend, which is bad news for a big family. Same Day Appliance Repair came on Sunday and finished the job super quick. Price was very reasonable.John was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Definitely recommend

I was really happy with this company. We live in California and we have a condo in Toronto, we found the number online all i did is call and give an address my tenants phone number and a credit card number , they did the rest.
It's good to know that there's still honest companies out there
if i could give them 10 stars i would.

Called this company as my fridge had stopped working when I returned home and the freezer compartment was leaking. They arrived when they said they would and replaced a part that the repair man said would fix the problem. The part was $260.00 and the labour was $180.00. I was asked by the tech to sign off on the repair on his phone. I was not shown the invoice at the time which he later sent to my email that said their terms and conditions were no refund. The part did not repair the fridge, I called back many times to say this. I was then told that I would now need a $1,200 part to repair it. I had to buy a new fridge and pay $440.00 for a part that did not repair my old one. This company is totally unprofessional

called this company to service my dishwasher, they were very accurate at time frame we booked , I was told the service call would cost me $78.00 and if I would agree with service, service charge would be voided. A gentle young service men asked what was the problem, I explained that the dishwasher won't start the cycle. He then proceeded to the test, and almost instantly told me that maybe it was the switch lock!!but then a few more pressings of buttons he got the machine to start washing but immediately said tha the pump wasn't working, he told me that it was the pump, and assured me that it was the problem, anyway I asked the total cost of parts and labor. Pump $200.00 +$180.00 labor+ taxes . I Agreed to go ahead with repair. He booked the repair for the very next day. Showed up next day with another fellow worker, once by the washer he told me he got the wrong part!!! Ok we booked for the next day. Next day he showed up with the pump, installed the pump, and the washer still wasn't working , after a few generic push buttons, on and off power he tells me it was the main board guaranteed and it could be replaced for $350.00 plus tax. Now $550.00+plus labor...so at this time I have noticed explanations that were not making any sense...so I decided to cancel the service due to inconsistency of the problem explanation. I said I would pay the service cal ...witch I taught is was $180.00, but it was actually $78.00, but He said $150.00 was fine. He then mounted the old pump back and all parts as I asked to. I questioned him how come he didn’t have any electronic instrument to test , everything was just a generic push buttons...he got kind of upset an told me to complaint to the company. After he left the house I went back to the kitchen and try to start the washer.....and this is what is so unreal.... after a few seconds the dishwasher started working and washed normal...but I noticed the floor full of water, as a result of a improper mount of the old pump. I repositioned the pump and the washer is working fine. I Called the company and left messages ..and there was no answers. My experience is a terrible one. luckily VISA credit me the $ 72.00 back...because the repair was not done , so only service call suppose to be charged.

My stove stopped working the morning that I was hosting a dinner party!! I needed my stove repaired ASAP and called Same Day Appliance Repair. John showed up in no time to save the day. He was professional and prompt. My stove was quickly repaired and I did not have to reschedule my dinner party. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you for your service.

My washing machine was a mess, I called many companies but no one would do it in such short notice! I called Same Day Repair and they showed up promptly. A gentleman named John arrived and fixed my machine quickly and thoroughly. He left my laundry room clean and was very courteous. I will definitely recommend this company to those who want a fast and reliable service.

Tech came giving false name and had no ID card. Told me that I needed a new washing machine pump for $200 and I needed to put a deposit down which I did on my credit card. I then contacted the manager and his quote for the same pump was $300 . He got very irate and told me he did not want my business if was I questioning the differences in prices. I agreed and hung up. I later called and told the so-called manager not to take the entire $200 out of my credit card but to only take $65 for the service call as they were not going to continue with any work what so ever with an attitude like that... To my disgust, I found out that he took the entire amount of $200 out of my card. When I called to ask why, he used horrendous profanity that I cannot use on this review. I see other reviews citing the same language. I cant imagine how this "company" has remained in business???? As the name of the company indicates, the dryer part was to be installed the following day at my acceptance. AS stated above, when I questioned the price of the new pump being doubled by this company, I was rudely told that they did not need my business and that I was not to question their products. Of course, I decided to hire another appliance man as no one in their right mind would deal with a company that talks like that. The company has now sent the price of the new pump to the "collection agency" in the hope of ruining my credit rating. I paid the service call and never received anything more from this horrible company after that. How can they say that they had to order the part from the USA, when they had planned to come the next day to install it. Adrian (?) used terrible racist language to myself and my husband.
