The technician was very professional! He checked all of the functions, made sure that everything was working properly, and showed me basic maintenance to extend the life of the machine. We will use same day appliance repair again, and recommend them to others.

Great Job!! Our service person worked hard at discovering the problem with our washer and found that it was a broken spring that helped hold the tub in place. I explained that we had been without a clothes washer for 3 weeks and had been going to the laundromat. The Same day repairman ordered the spring to be delivered from a local supplier the same day and then he came back in the afternoon to install the new part. Thank you

Had been having problems with our Kenmore refrigerators ice maker, and our first repair resulted in problems with even more jamming & water splashing out of ice maker & covering rest of freezer!
The second repair person not only fixed it, but told me how & why it was happening...it works perfectly now...not even any jamming issues!

The annual maintenance checkup of our six appliances was handled by Mike, A-1 Installations. Their technician arrived on time, checked out the appliances, and answered our questions. He was courteous, professional and patient. We were very pleased with the visit.

Great service! I had the morning slot saved for the service and was notified when the technician had finished their first job and was headed to my house. Kind of fun to see him on the map as he got closer! The problem with my washer was quickly diagnosed and repaired to my satisfaction. The service technician was friendly and very professional. The service person was here in a timely manner. He was courteous. After describing the problem he went straight away to figure out the problem and how to fix it. Fortunately, it was an easy fix.
I appreciate that he offered a quick solution and gave me tips on how to maintain our washer machine for long lasting.

My Maytag washer gave up and I need it! Called Same day after reading some of the reviews from other customers which were favourable.
I was able to get scheduled within the same day. The first repairman came, looked up the machine on his tablet. Took a few parts off to check the probable defunct part. Also checked out for any other broken part. He was able to order the part and schedule the next appointment for me. The part came, another repairman came to install it. Both the men were knowledgeable in the repair work and the technology used.
I was impressed and very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. I will definitely call them again and will be very happy to recommend them to friends. Thanks guys!

I called the company after my stove suddenly stopped working. We are a big family and I was kind of frantic! John G. and his apprentice were dispatched to our house the same day and they were very professional. I had actually asked for someone to check my stove and dishwasher, and they gave an estimate for both. They really took their time to locate the problem and make sure that they came up with a proper diagnosis. John was very honest about the dishwasher and advised us to get a new one, as we would have to pay more for fixing the current one. However, he recommended that we replace the faulty part in the oven (main control board) as it would still be more cost efficient. I must say that, although I told him not to go ahead with the dishwasher, he still took the time to explain what features I should be looking for in a new one and gave me a few insider's tips. Their estimate was honest and clear. They came back the following day with the new part and fixed the oven. It is now up and running! Beside their professional competence and integrity, I would like to add that it was a pleasure dealing with them. I never felt pressured and they took the time to explain everything. As an added bonus, John was very good with my dog, who is usually very suspicious of people she doesn't know! He somehow managed to make her feel comfortable the moment he came in (not a small feat)!
