Just finished our shingles roof replacement.Yong sales was very knowlegable and from 5 different companies he was the only one who ask me what kind of shingles i would like to use.He wrote me 5 kind of shingles.I started to read and found the best for our roof is Duration.We had old once that started to fall out because of the wind and i knew we need strong one for that reason.Duration are the strongest and Yong agree to put them on our roof.We thank you Yong for all your great service and fast respond for any phone calls and e-mails.Best wishes.

I found Sign Roofing on Homestars and was interested in them due to the good reviews.
Working with Yong and his crew was exceptional. Yong was very responsive in all communications, not just initially but throughout the process.
In January we agreed to have the roof repaired in April and on the last day of March my roof started leaking for the first time. I texted Yong and within 24 hours had a commitment for his team to replace the roof in just a couple days.
He and his crew arrived right on time and worked continuously until the job was done (house and garage). They cleaned up so well my wife returned and could not tell that they did the work.
Throughout the work Yong came by and checked on his crew as he had a couple other jobs in the area. The crew finished, waved good bye, and Yong returned the next day to receive the balance of payment.

Yong is the sales. Had a leak in my son's room and they came out the same week. This was great because other companies were giving me the run around due to the rain/snow. Yong showed up with his another tech. They were all very polite and took pictures to show me how bad my roof was. They repaired the immediate leak and also quoted me for the entire roof. They are also going to recommend a person for my siding. The repair was done in 1 hr or so. Very happy.

Yong is very proactive and he reached out within hours of my initial request. He stopped by the next business day and gave a fair estimate on the spot for gutter cleaning. For his efficiency, I hired him right away. He also found an issue with the chimney which he also fixed on the same day. I would highly recommend him and his company based on their efficiency and quality.

Excellent!!! Yong Cai is the sales of Sign Roofing INC. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made recommendations on what should be done. His team was superior, they know the meaning of teamwork, my project was completed in one day. My roof looks wonderful and clean up of the work area was great.
