We were very impressed with the professionalism of Jay and his crew and the quality of the roofing job completed. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day to complete the job well, with attention to detail, safety and quality roofing. The crew worked efficiently and collaboratively as a team, taking their time to complete the job well while being mindful and attentive to timelines and parameters set out in our initial contract. Their pricing was fair and competitive for the size of the job (roughly 5000 square foot home). The team not only completed the roofing job well but took the time to communicate and answer questions and to leave the site spotless and pristine after the roofing was complete. Every nail, construction item and shingle was cleaned up, disposed of and carefully attended to. We would highly recommend this company. Yong responded quickly and diagnosed our problem. He took photos and told us what needed to be done and then came the next morning and Sign Roofing Inc crew did the repair. The crew worked very hard. We just had our roof replaced today. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and efficiency of the Sign Roofing crew. They came on time as scheduled and they placed plywood to protect the lawn, walkways, glass doors etc surrounding the house to prevent damages by the debris from the roof. They recorded every stage of the work to keep us updated and provided us with clear explanations when being asked. After finishing the work, they cleaned the surrounding area thoroughly.
