Your Roof Specialist

We requested a roof inspection from Your Roof Specialist. It did take us a few times before we could get a hold of James, but it was all worth it. We initially thought our roof needed to be changed, but he told us that it could still hold up for another year or 2. We truly appreciate his honesty. He is polite and friendly, and is a pleasure to deal with. If you can't get a hold of him through the phone, try contacting him through the Quote & Repair Request Form from their website. We hired James to replace our old roof, after doing quite a bit of research and getting quotes from other companies. He answered all my questions most professionally and knowledgeably, which helped us make the right choices and decisions for our roof. He set a short deadline for the work, and delivered as planned. James and his crew did an excellent job, worked quickly, and cleaned up so well afterwards that you wouldn’t know that a whole roof came off the house just days ago. I had the pleasure of dealing with James & Lu from your roof specialist this month. They were very professional and clean. I appreciated the cleanliness of the job site and the consistent use of clean language ( which I wasn't expecting based on what i heard from friends about roofing companies). They were so efficient I couldn't believe the job was done correctly but I was re affirmed with pictures from every side they completed. What an outstanding job this company does from the first time they measured the roof to picking up the last nail in areas of the yard I would even think to look. A+ to this company! Thank you so much for the great job you guys did.
I should note that I was very impressed that James wasn't just the salesman he was also the lead installer as well!

Your Roof Soecialist replaced a handful of shingles on our roof. They also checked for loose shingles and caulked and nailed down loose tabs.

James, the owner and installer, completed the work quickly, was respectful, responsive, courteous, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He even took the time to educate me on the process.

I’m sure he gets this a lot but I can’t resist: “I feel good” about the work done!

Your Roof Specialist repaired sections of the roof that were damaged as a result of a wind storm. The service was reliable, efficient and affordable. I will definitely be using Your Roof Specialist for future work.

We had another company set to re-shingle our roof. They backed out last minute. Luckily we meet Lu a week later. Him and James were great to work with. They were great communicators : clear, concise and listened to our concerns. They always followed thru on their word (price, timing etc) and even went above and beyond by installing a missing eavestrough at the front. Very professional. Most importantly they replaced our roof with little to no impact, it looks great and keeps the water out. I highly recommend them!

Last Friday morning I found a leak in the bedroom ceiling and not knowing who to call we started surfing the net and came across your roof specialist. So I left a message overnight and it's 6 a.m. I had a message sent back saying James could show up to have a look at it on Sunday morning which was pretty fast. James came exactly when he said he would very polite and gave us an estimate that we were very happy with and tarped our roof to prevent any more damage. Then agreed that him and his crew could do our roof the following Friday. The four of them showed up at 7 in the morning and after work they went. By the end of the day my roof was completed you would not even know they were on the property the yard was cleaned up all nails were picked up. This group of men are very polite and happy workers in fact I don't even think I noticed any of them taking a break and it was hot out. They also did a little bit extra by painting the metal around my chimney which wasn't necessary but James. It would look nicer and it does and also cut off some branches that would soon interfere with the roof and then offered if the branches ever grow too long just give him a call we'll stop by and cut them. I don't think I have ever received this type of wonderful treatment hiring a company before and would highly recommend them. It was a pleasure doing business with a happy work crew.
We also had James assist us in picking the color of our shingles and thank God we did because he pushed two words one color and now that it's up it's actually perfection if we had to pick it might not have been so pretty. He does know his colors. Thank you once again James and your crew it was great doing business with you and would never hesitate to call again if we're need of anything

I did not know who to call as a few shingles were blown off my roof. I googled 'roof repair" and 'Roof Specialist' came up with great reviews.
James came right away, he was professional, punctual and he kept every word he uttered. A man of integrity!
If I could give James a 10 star, I would.
