Steve's Pools is amazing. Very professional and incredible service. I highly recommend them. They know their stuff very well. They don't use too many chemicals and the pool always looks crystal blue.

When I found Steve's Pools web site.. I called in April to book an opening and a few cleanings this summer. The office girl explained about a summer package. Not using this company before i was a little apprehensive about giving money for an entire season without knowing about their service. She offered me a 3 equal payment plan. Our pool had never looked so clear, and the service man who maintained the pool was always helpful in answering our questions....We have just had our pool closed now, and Steve's maintained our pool complete for the entire season. The pool was closed by Steve and Brad..All equipment was put away neatly and a final report card was left at my door.. I was asked to fill out a performance report, and if i could comment or write a review.. Our experience with Steve's Pools was pleasant and I am looking forward to 2017 ...Great work guys...Have a enjoyable winter Lisa, Tom, Katie, Jordan...

My family was called away for a few weeks last minute and we had hired Steve's pools to watch and maintain our pool during this time. Our pool was a mess when we left but when we returned we were able to jump right in. They kept water levels in check and left us detailed reports of what was done. They cleaned and maintained our pool and even repaired a few minor problems I was having without us having to ask and with no additional cost to us. I just wanted to thank Steves crew again for a job well done and to have been able to put our mind at easy while away. John

This company is the most knowledgeable, honest, reliable and respectable of your property. Staff is extremely nice, professional, very trustworthy, reliable and always available for questions and concerns. It's my pleasure to express my sincere recommendation to whoever needs help with their pool.

Firstly, do not give this company your credit card information. When they were hired to do our pool cleaning, they told me we could use our own pool chemicals or theirs. I then purchased various products and put them near the pool. The person who came, if asked any questions, was rude. He also left the pool with tons of leaves and did not vacuum various areas. The report he left showed he was using a huge amount of chemicals in the pool (a manager came and said it was too alkaline so he added acid). The next day, this guy added 5 kg of alkaline boost. As I thought something was going on, I asked for an up-to-date invoice. The pool cleaning charge should have been about $260 but the invoice was for over $520 (for 4 cleanings)!! It included a truck charge (nothing I had been told about). They charged for chemicals I had plus other ridiculous charges. I asked about the various charges and for a new invoice and NOT to put the charge on my credit card as I would pay them using a different method. They immediately put the over-inflated and incorrect charge through right on my credit card after I asked them not to so I am now disputing it. DO NOT USE this company!

Called to have my pool opened for the May long weekend and they booked me but never showed up. We missed the sun! They then came the following week and the job was not done well as there was a mess left in the backyard in terms of leaves and dirt from power wash. Not having them back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Steve's Pools Inc. Installed our new Salt system, and then returned to open our pool. Once everything was running, Steve returned to follow up with us to explain our new equipment, and to ensure there were no issues. Great Job, and I would recommend Steve's Pool Services Inc GTA to all my friends and neighbours. See you guys at closing time..
