I hired Nibia mover's for moving and storage from Nanaimo b.c to calgary alberta Andrey and his helpers provided fantastic services in regards to helping me with a fair quote in regards to our budget and timeline we needed for our move we also needed storage. Andrey provided us with clean and secure storage for our furniture and has always been available for answering any questions or concerns we have had throughout our moving process as we have also needed to move back to B.C after our work projects were completed Andrey has been there to assist me and my wife every step of the way he has even provided me with a discount on services with out us even asking!! he's just a straight forward nice guy to work with I am a professional truck driver myself and know the challenges of transportation and logistics also though out the years i know the challenges of finding a "quality and honest mover" Andrey the owner of NIbia is just that... honest and quality in the way he works with his customers and the way he operates his truck's and business I absolutely recommend Nibia and will certainly use his services again 10 out of 10 stars for sure!!

Andrey went above and beyond when Hwy 1 was closed this weekend and took another route and drove till 3:00 am to be able to have my stuff delivered on the weekend
He is very professional, accommodating and affordable
I recommend anyone who is moving, be it local or long distances, to hire him ~ experience what a move should be all about!!

Andre and team are great at moving stuff. I trusted them to move my Jaguar 2011 car and bed along with some boxes. He and his team took good care of my stuff and were very accommodating with requests. I got my car without a single scratch on it. I highly recommend Nibia movers and Andre for moving services.

WORST customer service ever! Please read and do not use this mover! They offer a low rate and then overcharge and even call the police when you question their methods. My girlfriend called Nibia movers to have her small boxes moved from Vancouver to Calgary. They quoted her $300 for up to 420 pounds. When they picked up her stuff Andre told her he couldn't weigh it at the time and he would weight it in Kelowna. Then told her she had 900 pounds. She had 5 medium sized boxes, luggage, snowboard and a few other Tupperware containers. She told him that there was no way it was 900 pounds! He then said it was 640 pounds...
When he arrived to drop the stuff off at my house i weighed each box with a bathroom scale and even rounded up the weight to be fair. Immediately when he noticed the scale he became all defensive and upset and said those scales are not accurate and would not go by the weight from the bathroom scale! I admit they are not 100% accurate but accurate to within a pound our 2. He still argued with me. After weighing all the items and being generous on the weight, the weight came to 500 pounds, not 640 pounds. Still he said he didn't care and if I did not pay him he was involving the police. To which i agreed. I knew I was right and as were my weights. The police said it was a civil matter and they would not get involved. Andre said he had the right to take back the boxes until payment was made. I reluctantly paid the $500 bill, which as per his pay scale should have been $375. I even offered to pay $400 cash! In the end Andre was unreasonable, misleading and threatening! To anyone considering this moving company I urge you to find a better company with better customer service!

We were very pleased with the service that Andrey and his team provided moving us from New Westminster to Pincher Creek. They were very professional and wrapped our furniture thoroughly (we did our own packing). They were careful in dismantling shelves and our bed and made sure to keep all the pieces together, assembling the bed on our arrival. We were given firm pickup and delivery times which made planning the move easier. Andrey went above and beyond by packing a case of wine himself, as I didn't know if that's something they would even take. He packed it with great care and all bottles arrived safe and sound! All in all, they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed!

Very friendly, efficient and hardworking crew. They arrived on schedule in Edmonton and wrapped up furniture in pads and carried it down four flight of steps. They were quick at unloading in Vancouver and helped us carry items from our car. Good communication from start to end. We will use them again for our next move.
