Eric with TKO concrete did a excellent job installing my garage floor coating in a home I had recently purchased. The floor of my double garage was in rough shape, heavily stained with a good amount of marring. I did a lot of research and was choosing between several companies; Eric fielded several of my calls and took the time to explain every step of the process, including the most important step - preparation (diamond grinding and shot blasting). The garage floor had numerous areas with oil and fluid spills left from previous owner's vehicles that could not be removed with degreaser.
In addition the floor surface had minor cracking.
So we wanted to have the unsightly floor resurfaced with a product that would remove the constant oily smell in the garage, look better and be easier to keep clean as well.

TKO expertly installed the full flake floor coating with a clear coat polyurethane finish that delivered exactly what we were looking for!

I had Eric come out to my new house to coat the floor in my over-sized triple. He worked with me to obtain a product/finish that was within my budget and the end results look amazing. The final product and his quality of work was great. There was nothing for me to clean-up or touch up after the fact.
