The financial investment in building a garage is significant, for sure. It’s natural to feel apprehensive entering into a contract with an unfamiliar company but I am so thankful that I chose to work with Altahome Garages and More. My finished garage is exactly how I hoped it would turn out and exactly what Altahome promised. Every speciality crew (from the team that prepared the site and laid the concrete to the framers, electricians and finishers) were highly skilled and took great care making sure that every detail was attended to. The site supervisors, Wes and Ross, were totally “hands on” with these teams, consistently working along side the crews. They were always available, by phone, text and email, to answer any questions I had and to ensure that I was well informed about would happen next. In the end, it was a completely enjoyable process and my return on the investment has been outstanding. Everyone in this company, including Stan and Polina from the main office, were pleasant, conscientious and helpful, so take this review seriously. Alta homes was one of my quotes. They offered more quality product for the same price as the competitor. Stan was very professional. The workers were the same. Garage was done in approx 6 weeks. Very pleased with the final product.

Alta homes was an absolute pleasure to deal with in building my 22x22 with retaining wall.  Right from the get go they made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions (I had a lot) very quickly.  The entire team that worked on the garage was extremely friendly and professional.  I couldn't be happier with how amazing everything turned out. I am absolutely delighted with every aspect of this project. The process was a delight. I had never done a big project like this, and did not know what to expect. Everyone at Alta Home was amazing, and they made it a completely stress-free and enjoyable experience.

The quality of the construction greatly exceeds my expectations. It is flawless. I started with a basic garage and was very happy with the quote and how easy and inexpensive it was to ask for more windows, lights, and extra bay doors, since they custom build everything. Once the shell was up I liked it so much I asked for gas heat, insulation and drywall, and that again was a delight.

What I really like is that everyone who came out sent an e-mail introducing themselves prior to showing up, they all thought ahead about how I would be using the building and did way more than I would have the knowledge or nerve to ask for, and were perfectionists with everything. Right from the Bobcat work and trenching, cement work, framing and all the way up, it was a pleasant experience and the end result is text-book quality awesome. I couldn't come up with anything I could complain about, micro-manage, or even worry about or question. They all knew exactly what they were doing.

We peeked in as they did the final cleanup, and they were in there vacuuming and power washing. It was spotless! I would use them again, and would highly recommend them. The quality of everything they delivered is way above what I expected

Referred them to a couple friends for their quality work on our garage and straight forward manner. They had their garage built and turned-over but when they asked if I got the referral fee they were surprised to hear I did not get any. To think that they even told me about a referral program and advertise it on their website, it would be hassle-free for all parties involve but it ended up to be a surprising disappointment and my friends apologizing to me for it. Only reason I gave a 0 star if I will "recommend" them is because of this. Not because of the money but more because of them not standing on their word...

I received several quotes to build a 22x22 garage from scratch on my new Duplex Townhome property. The quotes ranged from $15,000 all the way up to $42,000! It pays to shop around and make sure you have the company and people meet you on site to provide professional and accurate quotes. The guys that quoted me $15,000 to $20,000 never came and did a site visit. And the guys that quoted me $30,000 to $42,000 obviously were trying to rip me off. I decided to go with Alta Home Garages because they did a few prior site visits, had a professional team behind them, offered a warranty, were insured and bonded and were licensed contractors via the Alberta government. They also offered an easy payment plan in 4 stages of work progression. They used quality materials and the workmanship was great. I would highly recommend calling Vitali to get you Garage built. It was also a pleasure working with Wes and Ross as well. Good jobs guys!

The team at Alta Home were fantastic. We received quotes from over six different companies for a new garage and demolition of the old one. They were bang in the middle for price. From day one they were extremely professional and were very thorough. After signing our contract they were prompt, communicated well and any member of the crew was extremely friendly. Everything was on time and on budget and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Halfway through our garage project we also asked them to build us a composite deck. Same as the garage their service and workmanship was great. There is a reason they are so highly rated, it shows. Great experience and you will not be disappointed if you are hiring Alta Home for your next project.
