A friend of ours had recommended another garage door company in Barrie and it was rated 7/10 and they had problems. Roly's Garage Doors had a 10/10 and so we called him. He came out that day and assessed our situation. He showed my husband where the problem was. What a fast response. He usually has parts on him, but had to get a specific part for our door. Our garage door is an industrial size and had to order springs that needed to be replaced. He returned 2 days later and installed the parts and also fixed our pad outside the garage so it worked. WOW...Excellent same day service. Honest, pleasant and very knowledgeable. We felt the cost was very reasonable.
