Odds On Home Inspections

I had a home inspection done on my newly developed house. The representative I had that was Carl Gibbons. He did a thorough job around the entire house (inside and outside). He was able to answer all of my questions professionally. He walked me through the process and gave me a first hand view of the thermal imaging of certain parts of the house. The report was completed and sent to me on the same day. Overall great experience and would recommend to others!

Inspection seemed very thorough. Very well organized, thought out discussion of property, showing thorough understanding of potential issues. Final report was in my email less than an hour later. Can definitely see why my realtor recommended his services.

Very thorough, documented every aspect with annotated photographs, explained in a very clear way, double checked areas when we asked follow-up questions. Used special equipment to check for moisture/leaks within the walls and ceiling.

Honest about what lay outside his areas of expertise and recommended other Master Tradesmen be brought in to assess those other potential issues.

Presented us with a binder with copies of all the documentation he had made which allowed us to discuss issues with our insurance broker and also arrange quotes needed repairs and renovations.
