Professional, thorough and polite. All my questions were answered.

Didn't appreciate being charged a fee for paying with a credit card. Was I really expected to pay more than $400 in cash? I should have been told ahead of time so I could have brought a cheque. Isn't that a cost of doing business? Felt as though I was being nickled and dimed.

Company Response: Hi, sorry you felt that way about the credit card fee but we do offer several methods of payment - Etransfer, chq or cash. We are personally charged 4% fee as a small business so I'm afraid that get transferred in our cost. It is stated on the invoice, we would had been happy to wait for a etransfer or a chq.
