Odds On Home Inspections

Brent gave me a very thorough, professional home inspection. I have used Odds on Homes for two home inspections and have been very pleased with their services. It takes about 2-3 hours and he explained his findings and sent me a very detailed report that night. I would definitely recommend them for a home inspection.

We reached out letting them know we needed their services again and Chris replied pretty much instantly letting us know their availability which worked fantastic with our conditions on the new property.

Fast forward to the day of inspection we met with Brent. He was early already starting the inspection on the outside of the home when we pulled up. After he finished the inspection he showed us photos of the deficiencies he found (all minor stuff). Explained everything that he would recommend having taken care of prior to us taking possession. He let us know he would have the report emailed us to the following day. He actually had it sent over to us the same day as the inspection.
