It was a pleasure to have Safeway Carpet & Flooring do the carpet in my bedrooms and closets. Sam, the main person of Safeway Carpet & Flooring came down to our condo for a free estimate to start the process. He also brought carpet samples for us to choose. We had hardwood floors and I wanted someone who could carpet over them without any damage to the floors. Sam explained to us clearly the different methods he can do along with their pros and cons. After talking to him, it was very clear he was the right person to hire considering his knowledge. Sam was also accommodating when we had to change our agreed upon start date last minute due to another contractor getting delayed with his work. Sam completed the work in a timely manner and the carpets looked great. Sam even came back couple of days later to fix the transition wood provided by my flooring contractor (transition wood was missing before) since that guy was not knowledgeable enough regarding transitioning between carpet and wood. I have no hesitation on recommending Safeway Carpet & Flooring to anyone who wants a reliable expert to do their renovation.

Sam was wonderful. From our first interaction to the completion of our carpet runner.
Our initial meeting was quick and efficient he understood exactly the look I was looking for and was able to execute it flawlessly. I also inquired about a front door mat to match the runner on the stairs, Sam was able to have one made that looks cohesive and minimal. Overall I’m pleased with Safeway’s courteous level of service and the finished product.

I truly stand by my review title. Safeway Carpet and flooring has been super reliable with great customer service and business etiquette. They showed up at my residence and completed a great job from start to finish. Trades men are very hard to find and are always super busy, they are a busy company don’t get me wrong, it’s the communication and professionalism that made my experience A1. I will defiantly will be using them again in the near future.

Sam is a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and responsive. We had an entire second floor to replace with laminate and carpet on stairs plus a living room on main floor. Sam and his crew did a beautiful job. The job was done as scheduled.

Safeway Carpet and Flooring recently replaced my basement carpet with laminate floors. I was very impressed with the overall service I received from Sam. He was responsive and friendly. He was prepared with samples and provided a thorough explanation of different types of flooring options. Sam made sure to find a similar colour to my existing flooring and came to my house to ensure I was happy with the colouring. Ali was the one who replaced the carpet with flooring and he did it beautifully (and very fast). Thank you Sam for all the help!
