We like many others suffered hail damage in 2020 to house roof and detached garage. South Peak Roofing came recommended by a co-worker and she was 100% correct. After our insurer assessed the damage we worked with Rich at South Peak and were very happy with the results. Rich was great helping us pick out a colour for the new roof and Lori was great with communication on getting the job done. We even had an opportunity to speak with Ken the owner who helped us to figure out what we wanted to do with the chimney. The crew was very efficient and did a good job with everything from install to tidying up at the end of the day. We would definitely work with South Peak again and absolutely recommend them.

We had received a quote from South Peak last year (which was quick and efficient). We decided to proceed with the roofing this year and reached out again. Ken promptly responded with an updated quote and answered all our queries promptly and patiently. The communication was great throughout the process and they told us exactly when to expect the supplies, the crew and what to expect before, during and after the roofing work. Everything was done on time and as specified. The crew arrived promptly at 8 am and were finished by 4 pm. They did a great job with the roof. We were very impressed with their work ethic and especially with the clean-up around the property after the roof work was completed. They ensured no debris were left behind. The post-work communication was also commendable. before sending the invoice, Lori reached out to get our feedback on the job and ensured we had no concerns. I was very happy with South Peak, from the initial quote process to having to adjust schedules when we came up against bad weather to the great job they did on my new roof and final clean up. Working with the office was easy and they even gave me a list of houses they had completed to go have a look at when I could not make up my mind about the colour.

South Peak really impressed me with their timely communication, honest dialogue, and outstanding workmanship! I had witnessed several poor quality jobs in my neighborhood a few years ago and was in no rush to have my roof redone for that reason. However, after researching several roofing companies, I felt that South Peak would do a good job. Indeed, they did. Their reviews are consistently positive, they are in excellent standing with the Better Business Bureau, have no complaints filed against them, and believe in on-going training for their staff. For all those reasons, I hired them and am very pleased with their work! The roofers arrived when they were scheduled to (8:00 am), started working immediately, finished early (3:30 pm), and cleaned up very well. I could not have asked for a better service! I highly recommend this company!!
