Kleiner Moving & Storage

We hired Kleiner Services as they did such a fabulous job the previous time we used them. They were professional from start to finish. Having dealt with horrible movers in the past it was like night and day. Communication is quick, informative and responsive. The 3 movers who came to move us were polite, helpful and very careful with all our belongings. The quote was accurate and we were very happy with their services. Would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I have used Kleiner Services a couple of times for the past few years; and they have always left me satisfied with the results.
1. Konstantin, the owner, always comes to give estimate/quote in person. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is a family man, father to young children. So he totally understands our family's needs and priorities when comes to home-moving.
2. Their moving truck is always clean and looks well maintained.
3. Konstantin does not simply hire any part-timer movers to do the jobs. His staff members have had their criminal background checked. They wear uniforms and well-trained; they take good care of our furniture and no matter how heavy the boxes or furniture piece are, I can totally count on them. As an OCD person myself, I like the way they work as a team. Very organised, clean and respectful. No slacking. The young staffs have good sense of humour too.
I trust Kleiner Services and will definitely use their services again, maybe in 1-2 years time when we have to move again.

I had an awesome experience with Kleiner. Movers had a tight time window to move a 3-bedroom apartment and they worked hard to make it happen. If you're looking for a committed company that will take care of your belongings, this is the one. Would definitely hire them for another move.

I need to talk about how wonderful the service was from Kleiner. My Mother and Father In-Law had to move from White Rock to Coquitlam last weekend.. and we picked the right movers.
My MIL and FIL are elderly, and they have a LOT of stuff. We had to get some help categorizing what had to be moved, placed in storage and disposed of. Kleiner provided a packing service a couple of days a head of time. The workers were very efficient and did their best to categorize things before the big day.
BUT of course.. Things rarely go as planned... and my Parents changed their minds on the day as to where things should go.. But the moving team just went with it.. They were orderly, polite and very empathetic with my Parents.

We used Kleiner to move on a rainy Saturday in Vancouver. We couldn't have been more satisfied. All the movers were very professional, pleasant and efficient. Nothing was broken and everything was well wrapped. The price was exactly what had originally been quoted. Also the time it took to move was right on time. From the original meeting to the end of the move everything was excellent.

Kleiner Services made our move a breeze! We had to do an unexpected second trip due to a piece of furniture not fitting in our new place and our movers were flexible with these last minute requirements and careful with our stuff. It was a relief to return to our bed already having been built and ready for us to crash after a long day. I'd highly recommend Kleiners.
