Our team faced a couple of challenges at the destination address. These challenges were made aware to you on-site. Firstly, our goal is to park as close to the loading zone as possible. In this situation, we had to park on the other side of a bike path. To ensure everyone's safety while handling your contents, the team had to ensure there were no oncoming bikers. Secondly, the elevator was small, and we could only fit one large piece of furniture or a limited amount of boxes at a time. This increased the loading time due to the extra trips up and down the elevator.
Unfortunately, the elevator was smaller than expected, and the loading zone was not as optimal as we had hoped. This is why it is mentioned in the estimate and contract that the hours at the end of the day will be adjusted.
