Southland was handling the warranty claim from Visions. They had to wait a week for parts fromLG but the TV works fine now. Delivery and pickup was well organized and efficient.

Technician was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He was on schedule. Would recommend this company. Problem was diagnosed and fixed quick. Also like that he gave me contact info if I had any further problems.

Hey this is a really great company and great knowledgeable staff that is able to assist you in getting your washer repaired in a really quick span of time. They definitely have helped me save a lot of money as well as being courteous and quick. The best part is that I didn't have to wait too long, and given a 2 hour time frame versus some other companies out there that do an all day appointment. But these guys are really good and are willing to work with your schedule to make sure they can get your item repaired same day and right the first time instead of making you take off work several days.

Called LG, dryers power button was not working. Got a call from SOUTHLAND, they said they had gotten my request for a technician but the parts were far more than 500-600. They had asked me to call back Lg and ask for the flat rate for $199. Was I’m pressed that they car d enough to tell me how to ask for that service instead of paying for triple

Our lg tv was within manufacturers warranty and they told us to phone southland for the repair, the man came and assessed which part needed replacing, and ordered it, a couple weeks later him and a colleague showed up and replaced part in less than 20 minutes, they were very pleasant and worked quickly

I took my faulty microwave to them. Right from the entrance their customers service is next to nothing. No assistance rendered while I carried the microwave in alone. They were very rude in answering my questions and concerns. I only went there after calling Panasonic the manufacturer of the microwave.
Finally they asked for $286 after repairs. I later found out that the faulty part only cost $70.
