I had a burst water pipe in the basement which resulted in some water damage. The first company I called did not correctly identify the source of the problem and missed the fact that my insulation was wet. Zsolt showed up after-hours on the same day of the call and was able to identify the problem in minutes and appropriately exposed and replaced the wet insulation. In addition, Zsolt and his team completed the repairs quickly (which was important as we had an event planned in the basement) and were able to restore the finish of the basement to it's original state.

Zsolt and his crew did an amazing job on the repair to my ceilings and walls. Their communication is top notch and I was always in the loop on the status of the work. It's a bonus that they're close to downtown and know their way around the city. Highly recommended!

We had a sewer back up in our basement and found United on Google. Zsolt showed up within the hour, did a thorough assessment of the damage and called our insurance company and dealt with their claims department. When his crew arrived they first removed furniture and stuff from the affected areas and then tore out disposed the laminate flooring, baseboard and drywall. They sanitized the area and dried it up, and started to put it all back together the following week. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and how easy and stress free Zsolt made the process for us. We would recommend United Water Restoration Group.

I never thought I’d say it was a pleasure to work with a contractor. But it was. Zsolt and Gabor were professional and did a super job. They always kept their word, showed up when they said they would, and negotiated with our insurance company. Although the painter they subcontracted was mediocre (neglecting to remove the light switch plates), the other subcontractors they used for various parts of the renovation were all great.
