When people look for a company to do a job for them people tend to gravitate to the same things, affordability, accountability and workmanship. StaightAce roofing is a prime example of all three. When I initially met Manny and he was performing his quote you could tell the level of professionalism and sincerity. The quote was at a very reasonable price compared to the other companies and was safe to say that I had found my company to move forward with. When they arrived onsite, his team worked fast, hard and with great attention to detail and making sure they performed at the level they would expect on their own homes. All of the guys did an excellent job and the clean up was spotless. To understand the accountability and pride to the job I must point out that Manny wasn't able to be there when the job was being done but he called me both nights (from Portugal) about 4:00am for him just to make sure I was happy and to know if there was any problems. When he got back to Canada he got dropped off straight from the airport and was on my roof in 5 minutes checking every detail of the job. I stood there dumbfounded with another contractor who asked me "can I get this company's information" as he clearly sensed the pride that goes into not every job but every shingle and every nail. Since the job completion, about a week and a half ago, two people have stopped at my house wondering who did it and if they could get the contact information. I happily obliged and will continue to promote StraightAce roofing as the go-to company if you're in need of a new roof.
