Although our project was a smaller one, Rizwan (the owner) treated us with respect and clearly valued our business. There was no sense of downplaying the value of our business even though it was a small project. Rizwan took the time to show us the samples and helped us pick a suitable carpet. The price was reasonable and the installation was very well done. Rizwan himself showed up when the installer was almost finished and he even swept the stairs and hauled away all the cuttings. We were impressed. We would recommend this company to anyone getting their stairs resurfaced.

It was a pleasure to deal with Rizwan from "Love Your Stairs". I was provided with numerous samples and enjoyed the convenience of the "Love Your Stairs" shop-at-home service. I selected carpet for a custom runner for my stairs, as well as my home office. The carpet was ready and installed prior to the date quoted! Rizwan provided excellent customer service and returned following the installation to check on the workmanship, and to ensure that I was satisfied with the finished product.
