Found Bytown through Groupon. Fast and quick service. 2 guys showed up on time and explained the process and were very respectful. I will hire them again and would recommend them to others.

This is my first time using this company for duct cleaning and overall I had good experience. Good client and good duct cleaning services. I would recommend this company to others.

We just bought a 50 year old house that had a lot of renovations done by the previous owner. We wanted to make sure everything was clean and off to a fresh start, so hired Bytown to come clean the ducts. Team 1 came by first think in the morning , on time, and after unloading everything they noticed our last cleaning was actually recorded on the furnace as less than 1.5 years before. They let me know right away, but due to the renovations I suggested we go ahead anyway. They took a look - using their camera on some ducts to look around, and immediately came to me and told me the ducts were spotless. I couldn't believe their honesty - they could have carried on and I would have had no idea - but they gave me the choice to proceed, but after showing me a few areas which were super clean I agreed it would be a waste of money to proceed with the cleaning. The team was so honest and professional and weren't upset at all that they had unloaded everything and we didn't go through with the clean. We appreciated the honesty so much, being new homeowners, and we will definitely be calling ByTown in a few years!!

Used a Groupon( worth over $120+taxes), needed the duct cleaning service, and was very happy with the service Liam provided. This guy is professional, explain and answers all questions. Work was explain in advance, done on time, and with quality.

Would highly recommend this service every 4-5 years to any house with ducts

Team 1 came to clean my ducts today. The two gentlemen were very friendly and efficient. They walked through the house with me to ensure the count of vents was accurate, and then gave me the total price that would be charged before starting. During the cleaning, they also answered all the questions I had, and pointed out a couple things with my system that could be improved (i.e. I had the furnace filter installed backwards -- oops).

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work, and I would recommend Bytown Duct Cleaning to others in the future.
