Frank was professional and a pleasure to work with right from the start. In fact, he left me with such a feeling of confidence in the work that he would do for me from the very quoting stage that the competitive companies that gave me quotes felt incompetent in comparison. The excellence did not end there though. He and his team work HARD! I had neighbors telling me that even they noticed how hard they worked. And I watched Frank when he didn't know that I was - and let me tell you this man is a perfectionist! Perfectly measured, perfectly squared...just amazing. To summarize, I started out with a front porch that was a pile of bricks piled on a sliding mound of dirt and when Frank and his guys were finished I had a magnificent porch, front stairs and pathway to my backyard that has definitely increased the value of my home - and it's just plain beautiful! You need this type of work done? Frank & Sons is the way to go, hands down!!

Frank was only person of several we called who provided us with options and we were very pleased about the whole thing. Frank was quick to respond and made time on a weekend to come and see what we needed. We agreed on job and it started on time and ended on time. Frank and the young men under his leadership work fast and efficient and are clean. From tear down to fix up. Also, the fellow he had who resurfaced our porch, Mike also deserves praise. Crew replaced brick sills with Indiana stone sills and rebuilt chimney from roof line. Frank was very good about keeping us informed of start date and once project started stayed until project was completed approximately three days later.Crew did a really good job from start to finish including being very careful with the property by covering roof shingles, hot tub and deck to prevent damage. We would recommend Frank & Sons Masonry to family and friends.

Some existing parging on the house was in disrepair, an old window needed to be covered over, and the chimney needed some TLC. Frank came to house and gave an estimate on the work, which I agreed to. Later on the arranged date Frank and his crew came to the house and got the work done in 1 day as promised. The work looks great, everything was cleaned up and we are happy. The neighbors saw Frank's work and had him do the same on their house a few weeks later.

Frank and team did an exceptional job on our chimney. It's rare to find this level of craftsmanship these days. Combined with his high degree of professionalism, I can't imagine ever looking for someone else. This is my second time using Frank and both times my expectations were exceeded.

Had 3 estimates for replacement of cracked stone stair on front porch. Met with Frank who not only had the most competitive quote but was also the best in explaining exactly how the job should be done.

He showed up promptly to to do the job. The replacement stone step was almost identical in colour and form to the 20 year old one. He is coming back in a couple of weeks to do another job for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I needed to have the top layers of the chimney repaired. Frank (son) was the only company to come out and give me an estimate and discuss the work personally. The other companies gave me an estimate based on some pictures that I emailed; one company gave an estimate based on Google Earth pictures????? All the other companies said I needed to have the whole chimney redone at three times the cost that Frank quoted based on just repairing the top layers.

Frank was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done in detail and terms that I could understand. He always kept his word and emailed or got back to me with information on the day that he said he would; this is something I truly appreciated. You don't come across competency and exemplary customer service that often nowadays.

When the work was done on June 30, 2016, they were punctual, did an excellent job (according to my brother who is a perfectionist) and cleaned up so there was no evidence they had been there.

I have already referred Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. to my cousin who needs some chimney work done. Also, my driveway and walkways made from interlocking bricks have sunk down and many bricks have shifted; this is a big project for me as the area to be fixed is large and I have procrastinated for years now in getting it repaired. Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. somehow have motivated me and they will be doing this work in a couple of weeks.
