Jonathan, Justin and Mathew were methodical and very good at extracting the old furnace, building connections for pipes and drains as well as air intakes and all that's required. Jonathan replaced the pump to ensure all would work right. He showed me everything I needed to know about, explained the new thermostat, and left proper documents to follow up. I can call the city for inspection with full confidence.

We ordered an Reznor garage heater from Furnace Solutions and Jonathan and Matthew installed. Top notch individuals and trademens.

We recently had an HVAC system installed as well as a new hot water heater. The company was prompt and the install went really well. Jordan and Nolan who were the installers did a great job and were professional and friendly. Ryan who did the estimate was knowledgeable and friendly as well. Overall our experience with Furnace Solutions was very positive and we wouldn't hesitate in using this company in the future.

Excellent excellent workmanship. Crew worked very well together and were very efficient. They were on time and kept a tidy workspace and cleaned up after themselves. They ensured all systems operated and showed us how to operate and tips to avoid damage to system. They kept their energy up for a long work day, which was long because we had lots done and some customization. We will be highly recommend Furnace Solutions. And we are not easy to please!

We had a furnace and hot water tank installed by Furnace Solutions and we could not be happier with their products and service. Nolan and Jordan were our installers and they did excellent work. Ryan was the estimator/consultant and I was impressed with him as well. Service over the phone was also good. I would recommend this company to a friend.

We recently had central a/c installed in our house and the service we received from Furnace Solutions was second to none. Right from the first phone call with Jessica to an estimate from Ryan and then the install with Jon and Matt. All four were very prompt, courteous and professional. Ryan first came by to assess the job, answer our numerous questions and provide three options for which we could choose based on our needs and budget . There were no attempts to up sell! Jon and Matt came by the following week to do the install. The installation was efficient and clean and Jon even did a few extras to "tidy up" some hoses and wires that were existing on our humidifier and furnace from a previous companies work. If you are looking for a central a/c then look no further....I have already recommended this company to a neighbour and we plan to use them for a hot water tank replacement and all our future HVAC needs . Blake and his team were very busy, but given our circumstances he was able to accommodate within his schedule which was very much appreciated. No other company would have done that for us. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and most of all friendly with a good sense of humor. Excellent installation which in the end exceeded our expectations as I have found over the years there is often some compromise at some point during a reno project. Not in this case. No rushing, no cut corners, no excuses, only quality. Thank you Excel!!!
