One of the biggest challenges in any trade is to find the right people that are knowledgeable and professional who can provide the best service without trying to up sell their products. All my dealings with Furnace Solitions were amazing from their prompt response time to their experienced staff from Ryan to Scott and recently Bryce.
I will definitely keep recommending Furnace Solutions to all my friends and family for any HVAC needs.

Service by Marty was same day (efficient, other quotes were 4-5 days) and all is good. Price for part is hefty but its winter and its Edmonton. Very pleasant phone manner at reception.

IntIal repairs to existing furmace failed with additional $1,000.00 costs for parts and labour. Actual replacement of the furnace was timely and effective, one small problem with a sticky door at a vent - but it ll works, Ended up you quoted ll prices nd costs without tax (apparently) - so it cost about $1000.00 more than I expected based on your initial discussion with me. A significant and unpleasant surprise for me.

Woke up last Tuesday with leaking hot water tank. Called them out at about 0900 for repair. They arrived at 1200 but could not fix leaking tank due to site of leak and age (30 years) of tank. Leak was stopped and I had cold water but not warm. They returned 2 days later and replaced bot furnace and hot water system. I had received a quote from another company and ended up getting the same size of furnace and bigger hot water system for $1000 less. Very pleased with the work done. Could not tell they had been here after they were finished.

As a contractor, I was very impressed with the service provided by Furnace Solutions. I called them needed an emergency humidifier installation (due to medical condition) and they bent over backwards to accommodate my request and had the humidifier installed next day first thing in the morning. I strongly recommend this company.

Called and left many messages to numerous furnace companies on Saturday night about furnace giving off a strong exhaust odour and blowing only lukewarm air and inquired if anyone would travel 120km northeast of Edmonton to supply me with an estimate. Jessica from Furnace Solutions was the only reply I received back on Sunday morning stating they would be pleased to come out and supply a free estimate and asked which day was convenient for me. We decided on Tuesday and Jamie drove out and discussed my many options and prices. Very friendly and professional with no pressure sales, I decided on a new furnace and had it installed on Wednesday by Kyle and Yan two very professional and courteous installers. They went straight to work with no breaks and had my new furnace installed in under 4 hours and afterwards explained and pointed out the install and instructions on the operation of my new unit. The price was exactly what was estimated with no surprises. I must say I'm very pleased with the professional and courteous employees that work at Furnace Solutions and was really surprised by the fact that I called in Saturday night with my problem and by Wednesday afternoon I had my new furnace installed and running, considering I live 3 hours round trip from Edmonton ! Oh and I did received a reply Wednesday afternoon during the install from one of the furnace companies I left messages with stating they're sorry but they don't service my area and wished me luck. I will definitely call Furnace Solutions in the future for all my heating and cooling needs and also recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again Jessica, Jamie, Kyle and Yan for solving my problem before the nasty weather arrived.

Furnace green not flashing simultaneously. Technician checked furnace operation and checked flame sensor and cleaned flame sensor.

Quick and friendly service, great work, would recommend to anyone , Scott in particular was extremely knowledgeable and I took comfort in knowing my furnace was going to run smoothly
