First hot day of the year and air not working. One text to Hans at Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning and he was out to see us. A fast repair with great customer service. Highly recommended!

Once again Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning has done an excellent, professional and cost-saving job for me. The service is courteous, respectful, friendly and prompt. I would recommend them for new AC and/or Furnace purchase and installation and regular gas appliance maintenance without question!

I found Canadian to be an excellent company to deal with. Rene was very prompt in his reply to our initial inquiry (via email) and he showed excellent judgement in helping us to determine the correct A/C unit for our home and our budget. I also appreciated that he did a walk through after the job was completed just to check that the work was to our satisfaction.
The technicians were very meticulous in their installation of the unit and very respectful of our property.

I did a lot of research with other companies and finally hired Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning to do my HVAC, I was very pleased with this company, The prices are great, they were on time, very knowledgeable and the guys very polite, Install went really smooth and they did a fantastic job, The furnace is quiet and works awesome needless to say I have a warm home now just got to wait for the hot weather to test the AC. Thanks Guys for everything!!!

Furnace stopped working overnight - cold outside, big snow storm blowing through.

Service manager arrived within a few hours of our call in the morning, quickly identified the main problem, got the furnace up and running, explained likely causes, quoted on repairs that would be required to keep it running.

No pressure, no hard sell, no sales schtick, just clear answers to our numerous questions.

We asked about new vs. repairs, to compare costs. With current rebates + estimated energy cost savings vs. what it was going to cost to repair and keep running our old (builder supplied, very inefficient) furnace, it made sense to replace rather than repair.

The new furnace was in, up and running, toasty and warm the next morning. Stronger airflow, quieter. Should pay for itself in energy cost savings over the next 4 - 5 years.

Awesome service, friendly team. Great experience all around. Would recommend. Also happy that we bought a Canadian made furnace (Napoleon), support by a local company.

I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. We found Canadian heating and air conditioning on homestars, Rene called promptly and made appointment at our convenience around my busy schedule. We decided on new furnace and water heater as well as reconfiguring the poor layout of the furnace room. They took care of everything, install was fast and professional and the end result is amazing. There was a slight error in the install and furnace stopped working, but Rene and the team was extremely fast at assisting to have it rectified and it was done in no time and it's been great since. Great urgency and customer service from all. Highly recommend this team. I just hope we save $$$$$ on the monthly bills now.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the technicians at Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning. They offered the furnace that best met my needs and did not try to oversell. I am happy with the Napoleon furnace and the fact that it is Canadian made. The technician Hans, was very easy to deal with. He also had two other HVAC technicians arrive the next day to install the furnace. The technicians were also amazing at what they did. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond, noting to me that a previously installed water heater by another company was not to code. I have since contacted this other company to come back and repair their work. it's unfortunate that other companies do not hire technicians that take pride in their work and avoid rushing the job. I will definitely go back to Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning for the next service!

Hans came and looked at my furnace. It wasn't working and probably wasn't worth fixing. I ended up buying a new furnace. The guys came yesterday to install it. They did a great job. Very professional. I now have heat in my home. Hans was excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them.

The Tech. was very knowledgeable and spoke laymen terms so I understood what was going on. The job was done VERY clean, not just the install but the way it looks,gas line ,elec &drains. Not many honest company's left, as a business owner in service, I recommend Canadian Heating & Air Conditioning.
