I could not be more pleased with A1 ECO. The team did a thorough job and I was updated on the progress each day. Five star service from start to finish and their prices are fair. Do not use another company without consulting with A1 ECO first.

Warren and his associate came to my house to investigate some mold surrounding one of the windows in a bedroom. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They were to the point and didn't try to up sell me.

I was attended to in a very efficient matter as it was an emergency. The associates were very organized and informative as they kept me in the loop, with pics, along the way. I am satisfied with the work that was done as well as the fact that natural ingredients were also involved in the process.

Our 1960's house had asbestos around the floor vents. A1 Eco removed them fast and professionally. Afterwards the boss came by to follow up and inspect the work, not that it was necessary.

Warren and his team did a wonderful job is removing the mold in our house and minimizing the amount of rework to be done. The team was extremely courteous and professional. Strongly recommend Warren and A1 ECO for mold removal jobs.

We had some mold growth in our cold room due to a previous owner installing drywall in the space. After being connected to Warren through a referral, he promptly came by to assess the remediation work required, promptly provided us with a quote and worked with us to find a mutually convenient time.

His team was incredibly punctual, showing up exactly when they said they would on both days. They were professional and they and Warren patiently answered my many questions!

Warren arranged a duct cleaning as an added measure at no additional cost to us. And when I requested his team come back one evening to reinforce the machines they had set up to clean the air Dale did so in inclement weather from across town. Warren also agreed to leave the machines a couple days longer at my request despite not necessarily believing it was required in their professional opinion, but for my own peace of mind.

The only areas of improvement I would suggest is a tad bit more communication around a couple areas of work: highlighting how our baseboard had been removed to test for mold and we’d need to put it back and touch up the paint ourselves; and asking our opinion on a couple wooden studs that were left in place despite my request to have all studs removed. I believe we understand why those studs were left in place however this was not explicitly pointed out to us.

That being said, we were very happy with the service A1 Eco provided, consider them reliable and polite and would highly recommend them.

I worked with Warren and Dale on this project. Warren was my main contact and he did an excellent job in waking me through the process and both he and his team were both punctual and professional. I was impressed at how well they cooperated with the building management and how they kept me up to date with their progress. Definitely recommend A1 ECO.

We had asbestos tiles in our basement and after some research decided to go with A1 ECO based on their positive reviews that I read online. After my initial consultation with Warren I knew that I had found the right company for this job. Warren's crew completed the job in a fast and professional manner. Having asbestos in your home can be a scary situation, but everyone was polite and answered all of our questions and put us at ease. They really did an outstanding job and I would recommended them highly to anyone in need of this type of service.

I required an abatement be completed for my kitchen floors as they were found to have a layer of vinyl tile which were tested and found to have asbestos in them. Warren and his team provided us with a quote in a very timely fashion and were able to come out within days to complete the job. The team were amazing and very professional and were able to complete the job within a day. My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process and are very thankful to all those involved. The team and Warren made the process be stress free and allowed us to continue with our current kichen renovation in a timely fashion :) I would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring work to be done.
