We had a leak in the main water line somewhere under the foundation of the house. There was no way to determine precisely where the leak was, and we were facing a full line replacement around the perimeter with substantial disruption and cost. Daniel diagnosed there was a high probability the leak was coming from directly below where the line enters the house from under the foundation, likely from a fitting that brings the line to vertical and into the house. He suggested cutting through the foundation where the line enters from below, and was confident thats where the leak would be and that it could be repaired. He was the only contractor who recommended this approach over going straight to the full line replacement. We went ahead and the leak was right where Daniel expected it would be, with a failed fitting that brings the line to vertical. Daniel had everything repaired and closed back up in less than a day, with a new fitting that is far more robust than the one that failed. He saved us tens of thousands of dollars and the significant disruption that would have come with a full line replacement. I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with Pristine Plumbing.

Top notch professional plumbers! A simple laundry tub replacement became a major project when I found a pinhole leak in my 43 year old copper pipe. Turned to Home Stars to find a plumber and couldn’t be more happy with the service from Pristine. They listened to my concerns and did exactly what was needed at a good price. They spotted an additional hot water tank issue that was not to code and fixed it.
The team was on time, professional and keep me in the loop during the work.

I will be using them again for any plumbing work in my house.

There had been a small leak from the toilet and the inside of the water tank was in bad shape as the internal parts were beginning to fail, since it was almost 20 years old. We called a plumber we used before for something else and left three messages and never got a reply. I looked for reviews at the HomeStars site and found such excellent reviews including recent ones regarding this company.
We called it and were able to book a repair person without any problems and able to come in two days' time at an appointed time.
Christopher arrived at the exact time and he was courteous, professional and evaluated the situation, taking pictures before proposing solutions.
It was decided to get a new toilet, and he was able to pick it up right away and install it leaving the bathroom clean and tidy after verifying that it was working correctly.
We will use the company again when needed.

Provided some repair options/thoughts and saved us a few dollars throughout his process. This company was honest and we really appreciate their business acumen. We discovered a leak in an old drain pipe in our basement. I called Pristine Plumbing in the morning and by mid day, Michael was sent to fix it. He did fantastic work, explained everything really well to us, inspected the remaining old pipes for potential future damage and got everything fixed within a short amount of time. We are incredibly grateful for the quick service and the excellent work done. We’ll definitely call Pristine Plumbing for future jobs!
