Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

After we discovered the problem, we called a few place. Some of the places I called had very bad telephone manners and On top of that would not be able to tell us when they would show up nor give us an idea abouut the cost. This was not the case with Pristine plumbing, Daniel was very polite and as he was the person who would perform the work, was able to give us a fixed price and a rime we could expect them. They showed up on time, performed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Daniel was polite in person as he was over the phone. I was very happy with the service I received.

I was so impressed! Daniel was able to squeeze me in on the very day I called. He had the parts needed to fix my sink in the van and took care of it right away. He was very polite and very efficient. I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Daniel came a few days after I called to relocate a few shut off valves that were installed underneath the dishwasher from the previous contractor lol. He also walked through the unit with me explaining and identifying other issues but did not feel like he was trying to up sell more work to me. He was also very honest as the leak that lead me to discover the location of the shut offs were no longer leaking, he did not turn this into a bigger job than it needed to be. Very fair prices and a friendly experience, I will be calling them again the next time I need plumbing services.

Daniel came in and corrected our previous plumbers work. Previous plumber re did all our lines to replace poly B. Had the main come up outside the house about 2 feet before coming through house...Daniel corrected this and ran the line under the house so it is now up to code. Also, previous plumber ran the lines through the attic (loft like space), about 3 feet in the air.... Daniel dropped the lines to floor level so they are now covered by a foot of insulation. This came up after our lines in the attic froze Christmas Eve! We used the previous plumber as he was a friend of a neighbor and others in the area used him to replace their poly B. Lesson learned, go with the pro’s, not a friend of a neighbor! Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would use him again in a heart beat.

I found Pristine Plumbing on Homestars. Daniel responded to my request promptly. He was at our house in less than 24 hrs to assess the blocked sink and gave a quotation. After we agreed to his quote Daniel proceeded to unclog our pipes and drains using a high tech snake thingy. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with Daniel’s prompt response, professionalism and honesty. I will use Pristine Plumbing in summer again to flush out the drain pipes around my house. Thanks Daniel , you’re a lifesaver :-)

You could not ask for more in a plumber! Prompt, professional, very thorough. Explained all his pricing ahead of time, took lots of pictures so I knew Daniel did everything he said he did. Fantastic customer service. I recommend without hesitation and will definitely use Pristine again.

So happy with entire job, the guys were on time and finished when they said they would. No hidden costs which was wonderful and they cleaned up completely after. They even arranged the dry wall repair people. Absolutely would recommend to anyone a very pleasant experience A+.
